The plerow APM-series medium power amplifier mini-module in FR4 PCB SMD package, mainly 13x13 or 10x10 mm2, is for customization and productivity enhancement by eliminating any need of further tuning in production line, because the performance is optimized upon the customer's requirement and it has already all the matching and biasing components of the power amplifier chip inside such a compact package. Main feature of the products are high linearity (OIP3) at the lower DC power consumption and the output power of 1dB-compression (OP1dB) of 29dBm. We are providing 100% customized product with optimized performance on gain (S21), OIP3, and OP1dB over its application frequency band and over temperature of -45~+80oC upon customer's specification.
